Negotiations Courses
In our experience, the best and longest-lasting training results come from instructor-led, classroom-based, experientially-balanced training delivered in-situ and at a digestible pace. Accordingly, our strong recommendation is a two-days-of-training-over-three-business-days interval training approach comprised of two six hour days of training with a day off in between sessions (for example - TPN 101 delivered on Tuesday, regular workday for participants on Wednesday, TPN 201 delivered on Thursday). Providing “catch-up” time at the end of each training day and a day off in between training sessions allows participants to stay current on their daily responsibilities and provides a chance for them to internalize the lessons from the first day of instruction. Of course, we are happy to provide alternatives if the recommended two-days-of-training-over-three-business-days approach doesn’t work for clients.
Sometimes remote training can’t be avoided, like when connecting with and training remote team members. In those cases, we have found that four three-hour on-line training sessions work best. Pacing can easily be modified to accommodate client schedules, but we would recommend scheduling both TPN 101 and 201 to be completed within no more than a four-week period.
