Absolutely. Let us know what you need, and we will be happy to develop a specific proposal tailored to your objectives, timeline and constraints.

For training services, we generally request 50% payment within 10 days of scheduling, and 50% within 10 days of the completion of training. For consulting, our standard terms are 2%/5 net 15.
-
We currently do not accept credit or P-cards, but do accept payment by check, EFT, or PayPal, for your convenience.
-
Of course. We’ve never had a dissatisfied client, but in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the quality of the training and believe that your participants did not improve their skills, we will gladly waive the 50% due upon completion payment.

We understand that some companies have fairly rigid procurement policies and little latitude to do business except on their own paper. We can accommodate most such requests, or we can provide our standard T&Cs with our proposal.

We have had many clients and participants reach out both during and after training to share how the skills and techniques they learned in one of our workshops directly and positively impacted a key negotiation. Most clients achieve payback within weeks and then reap residuals for years thereafter.

Just a couple of thoughts for your consideration:
Most negotiations training is generic and full of low value-add content. We provide focused procurement-centered training only to procurement organizations.
Many training orgs use facilitators that have limited real world negotiations experience. TPN only uses instructors that have decades of relevant experience and have “been there, done that, and bought the shirt (at a really good price).”
The real cost isn’t what you pay for instruction. It’s the direct cost of having your team away from their desks for two days and the money they inadvertently leave on the table because they aren’t properly prepared or skilled to lead effective negotiations.
You get what you pay for.

Unlike many of our competitors, we understand that standardization is key to sustainable processes. Accordingly, we license our clients to share our training materials and tools throughout their internal organization (with new hires, staff that missed training, internal business partners, etc.)
We do, however, require that clients not share our tools, materials or techniques outside of their organizations or use our materials to provide formal training either inside or external to their organization.
